Leading with Technology: Digital Spaces and Pathways for ECEC Learning and Leadership Development
The pandemic has presented unique challenges in the ECEC sector, both in terms of managing through uncertainty and navigating communication and professional development that has abruptly become overwhelmingly distance-based.
In response to these challenges digital platforms and virtual environments are changing the way we can lead and manage teams, connect with families and enhance our professional development. This webinar looks at what this means for us in being able to adapt, build capability and change mindsets towards technology as a learning tool
By the end of this session you will:
· Discover innovative digital tools and learning pathways that can make learning, interactive, interesting and sticky
· Know how to increase engagement and create safe spaces in a virtual world for educators and families
· Be able to create “leading to learn” spaces through curiosity, inquiry and collaboration that supports peer to peer learning and innovation
