Our experience of living and breathing in the world right now has thrown up some challenges to the early years sector but also to all people across our globe. Early childhood centres do not operate in isolation from world events, and we are well placed to work with children as agents of change. This day will be a dynamic day of ideas, conversations, a panel of educators sharing their work and the opportunity to work as a collective to cultivate new ideas and new ways of working with and alongside families, children and our colleagues. Hope offers us comfort during turbulence and reassures us that ’this too shall pass’. but as it does we must build the capacity to navigate further challenges whilst not living in the dark shadows of those things that have passed.
