Ethical Leadership Friday 17th February 1pm-6pm Ethical leadership is necessary to ensure Early Education and Care Services meet contemporary pedagogical practices and standards which are sensitive to the rights of young children, their families and the community. Come an experience an interactive session with Catharine Hydon focusing on how leaders in early education and care settings can understand and implement strategies which provide a structure for their team of educators to understand and actively work with the revised ECA Code of ethics.

Ethics in Practice Saturday 18th February 9:30- 3:30pm As an early childhood professional it is essential for educators to understand their role and responsibilities in enacting ethical practice. Catharine Hydon will present an interactive and stimulating professional learning session which looks at the newly revised ECA code of ethics and assists educators to understand how this impacts directly on their pedagogy and practice.
